6:1 Golfer to Conditioning Specialist ratio, 60 minute sessions
As a member of this golf conditioning program, you will recieve:
A pre-performance assessment to help you answer the important questions that will create the foundation for your training experience
Up to (x3) golf performance conditioning sessions weekly
(x1) progress assessment for every three months that you participate
Monthly nutritional workshops
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The program consists of a three tiered approach towards golf conditioning:
Level One- IN SEASON: The level one conditioning component includes corrective exercise strategies, flexibility training, golf specific balance training. Goal: stabilize core, increase range of motion, increase balance to handle increased swing speed.
Level Two- OFF SEASON: Conditioning continues our performance based program with a progressive approach towards active/dynamic flexiblity, integrated golf specific stability/strength training. Goal: build rotational strength and stability, increase strength and endurance in your game.
Level Three- PRE SEASON: Continuing conditioning through golf specific strength and power training. Goal: generate more speed for distance, adding consistent swing pattern power.
